We provide charitable foundation services, namely, providing financial assistance for programs and services of New York based charities by means of events,  concerts, music festivals and live performances to raise money to assist New York based charities

We present entertainment services in the nature of live and taped musical performances, concerts and tours;

We produce  musical audio and musical video recordings and music composition for others; We also provide non-downloadable music videos, web shows, music concert appearances by professional music performers broadcast over the Internet and videos about New York and charitable initiatives for New York charities;

We will produce virtual and live events to create and build the support community in NYC.
